Official Rules & Terms
1. Sponsor
This giveaway (“Campaign”) is sponsored by Rainbow Flamingo Marketing, Fort Lauderdale, FL (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
- Open only to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older.
- Entrants must be U.S. military service members, veterans, or immediate family members of service members who own or are in the process of starting a small business.
- Void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter
- Complete the entry form at https://mailchi.mp/9fc2ec5f69d6/military-service-appreciated-start-up-giveaway
- Limit one (1) entry per person/business. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
4. Campaign Period
- Entries will be accepted online beginning 9/22/2025 and ending 10/22/2025.
- Winners will be selected within 5 after the close of the entry period.
5. Prizes
- Up to five (5) winners will each receive:
- A 1-hour brand consultation
- A custom business website (built on WordPress, Wix, or Shopify)
- A branding guide tailored to their business
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,500 per prize.
- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners will be chosen by Sponsor based on eligibility and business needs.
- Winners will be notified by email within 7 business days of selection.
- If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Limitations
- Ongoing services beyond the initial giveaway package are available at Sponsor’s standard rates and are not included in the prize.
- Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to technical failures or other disruptions.
8. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, business name, logo, and likeness in promotional materials, marketing, and announcements without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
- Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if fraud or technical failures impact its integrity.
- Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising out of participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
10. Governing Law
This Campaign is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law doctrines.
